At Cozee Skn, every order is prepared with care and intention to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or new product launches, processing times may take a little longer , but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please double check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Cozee Skn is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors.

Local Events or Delays

In rare cases, weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions may impact delivery times. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed and do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you safely.
