Are your products natural?
Yes! Our formulas use gentle, skin-loving ingredients , free from harsh chemicals and made to nourish, not strip. We keep it clean, cozy, and effective for all skin types.
How should I store my products?
Keep your Cozee Skn products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Because they’re made with natural ingredients and no heavy preservatives, storing them properly helps maintain their texture, scent, and freshness.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our email list so you never miss a deal.
What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Check with neighbors or your local post office first ,they can usually locate it within a day or two. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Cozee Skn isn’t responsible for lost or stolen items.
Do your products contain preservatives or fragrance?
Some products include natural preservatives or light, skin-safe fragrance oils. We’re committed to transparency, you’ll always find a full ingredient list on each product label and in the product description online.
What if my whipped body butter arrives melted?
Because our body butters are made with natural ingredients and whipped for a soft, airy texture, they may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the product.
If your body butter arrives melted, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to allow it to firm back up. Once set, it can be used as normal.
