Returns & Exchanges
At Cozee Skn, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Because our items are personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@cozeeskn.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Heat Notice
Due to the natural ingredients used in our whipped body butters, they may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.
If your body butter arrives melted or softened, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to allow it to firm back up. Once reset, it can be used as normal.
